Beverly Hills Diet

The Beverly Hills diet restricts food intake in the first 10 days of nothing but fruits, the author did not base diet beverly hills in any scientific study.



Judy Mazel, author of beverly hills diet recommends the following diet plan for a period of 35 days:

* Days 1-10: fruit and nothing else;


* Days 11-19: some carbohydrates and butter;


* Days 20-35: foods containing proteins.
